| HELP CONTENT Feedback - Leaving feedback for Buyers After the conclusion of an auction, the buyer and seller are asked to leave feedback for each other once payment and delivery are concluded. It's not obligatory but it is a very helpful function to Bidbuysell users as it allows others to gauge the buying and selling behaviour members. If your item arrives promptly and in the condition you expected it to be in, let the seller know by leaving feedback. Was communication good? Did the seller answer any questions you asked? Did the item arrive in sufficient packaging etc. Let others know! Hopefully, you will never have a bad experience on Bidbuysell, but if you do, it is perfectly all right to leave some negative feedback as long as it is not abusive. However, Bidbuysell suggests that you contact the buyer and discuss the situation before leaving very negative feedback. |
