While BidBuySell is a fun place, it is also a serious place and consequently there are some very important policies which must be adhered to.
Non-payment
BidBuySell stipulates that all winners of auctions must pay for their item/s. Penalties for not paying apply. See Non-Paying Buyers Policy for more details.

False Contact Information
Buyers and sellers are obliged to supply current and accurate contact information. For further information see false contact information policy

Transaction Interference
Interference in an auction by emailing other buyer/s to put them off will not be tolerated.

Invalid bid retraction
Overuse of this BidBuySell facility is not permitted. Those who abuse this policy face suspension or cancellation of their account.

Unwelcome bidding
This refers to buyers who do not follow guidelines set out by a seller and include:

Buyers who bid and win on an item from another country, when seller has stipulated that they shall only post to 'home country' buyers.

Buyer with negative feedback bids on an item that Seller has requested there be no negative feedback bidders.

Buyer rebids after seller cancels their bid

Secondary accounts that are used to make bids and transactions after buyer has been blocked by seller.

Solicitation of off-site Sale
Buyers are forbidden to contact a seller and request to buy an item outside BidBuySell.
