Responding to Feedback

HELP CONTENT

Members can always respond to feedback left for them by others.
Bidbuysell asks member to remember that feedback is permanent and to think carefully before leaving feedback.
To reply to a comment left for you in feedback:
Go to Post Follow Up to Feedback in your My Account section
Log in
Select the feedback to which you wish to post a follow reply
Click on Post a reply
Write your reply
Press send

To post a follow up reply to feedback you have already left for someone else, simply click on Post a follow up reply and continue as above once you have logged on. You may reply to any feedback left about you simply by clicking on Respond to Feedback. You will be asked to sign in again to confirm your identification and then a box will appear on the screen that will allow you to reply. Keep in mind that any response you write will be both public and permanent, so make sure that what you're saying is true and fair.
