While account theft is unlikely, in the even that you suspect that your account has been accessed or used without your authority, BidBuySell suggests you do the following.
Check that anyone who may have access to your account - like family members - have made no changes to the account.
Try to sign in.
If you cannot sign in, contact us immediately.
If you can sign in:
Change the password on your designated email account, making sure it is alphanumeric.
Request a new BidBuySell password. Follow the prompts and a new password will be forwarded to your designated email address.
Change your secret question and answer on your BidBuySell account.
