OEM software (Original Equipment Manufacturer) is the title given to software that has been legally installed in a computer at the time of purchase. The licenses covering OEM software often stipulate certain requirements covering resale. Some will not allow resale of OEM software at all and some will allow resale only if it remains on the computer. Consequently, Bidbuysell only allows the sale of OEM software if a seller is selling the software with the hardware used to operate the software. Bidbuysell recommends you check the licensing agreements before listing hardware with OEM software.
