| HELP CONTENT Bidbuysell is meant to be a fun place to sell goods. While Bidbuysell provides a safe venue for sellers and buyers it does not mean that the site is not about business. Bidders who bid at Bidbuysell auctions enter into a legal arrangement between themselves and sellers. If an item is won, the buyer must pay the seller in a reasonable amount of time. Sellers who are left with an item that has not been paid for, are eligible for Final Value Fee credits should the buyer fail to settle or as a result from an investigation by Bidbuysell. Bidbuysell will also wave the Insertion Fee if the seller re-lists the item at auction. Buyers who fail to pay and who have been found to be liable will be penalised by Bidbuysell. A 'Strike' will be listed in their User ID, visible to those whose items the bid on in future. |
