| HELP CONTENT What is My Messages? My messages is your personal mailbox where you can read, delete and save messages sent you from Bidbuysell. Occasionally, you may also receive Alerts from Bidbuysell that could contain information about your membership that requires you to attend to something. Who will send messages to My Messages? Only Bidbuysell What functions can be performed in My Messages? You can operate My Messages in a similar way to how you manage your email. Mark messages as read Delete messages Print messages Delete messages Who can access My Messages? Only you. You will always be asked to enter your password to access My Messages. What about storage capabilities? Bidbuysell will not inundate you with messages. What we send you will only be relevant messages about the site and you can delete messages once read. What are Alerts? Alerts are important messages we send you. They will usually relate to payment or operational issues and must be attended to before the alert can be removed. |
