Listing Scheduling

HELP CONTENT

For member convenience, Bidbuysell offers the option of scheduling items for those who wish to auction an item at some time in the future.

For a fee, members may elect to have up to 3000 items a week listed up to three weeks in advance.

All you need to do is:

Click on Schedule to start on in the Pricing and Duration section the listing registration. Just follow the prompts and enter the information as it is required. Please note that fees are charged when auction commences and not when auction is first registered.

Listing Policy: Lost or damaged goods

Members must first endeavour to resolve issues involving delivery charges amongst themselves before initiating the Standard Purchase Protection Program.

Members who suspect they are being charged an excessive amount for postage, should see, Excessive Postage and Handling.

Bidbuysell reminds buyers that they can ask the seller if he or she will buy extra insurance to cover loss if items are worth more than $100.

Please be aware that items lost or damaged in the post are not eligible for the Standard Purchase Protection Program unless:

The item was meant to be insured and you had paid for insurance but the seller forgot to purchase it.

Insurance was paid for but the postal service denied paying out because of poor packaging by the seller
