Bidbuysell is meant to be a fun and exciting place for members. To keep the atmosphere just that, Bidbuysell will investigate behaviour that threatens the smooth and friendly operation of the site. Members found to have disrupted the site will face disciplinary action and possibly indefinite suspension.

Bidbuysell will investigate inappropriate behaviour that may include amongst other things:

Misuse of identities

Making bids that infringe on Bidbuysell's bidding policy

Spamming

Organising off-site sales

Use of invalid emails

Fee avoidance - either through non-payment or tampering with item price and postage

Offensive behaviour

Non payment

Bid retraction overuse

Unwelcome bidding

Using multiple identities to up bids

Soliciting custom through email (Spam)

Failure to send items Bidbuysell recommends that members endeavour to sort out minor disputes with other members with communication. However, should the matter be serious enough to require investigation, contact us. Make sure that you include a comprehensive history of the matter and also any relevant documentation.
