| HELP CONTENT Searching on Bidbuysell is easy. Simply type in an item you wish to buy into the search bar on the main screen and hit the 'search' button. Alternatively, you can browse Bidbuysell by category. Just click on the category you wish to browse. If you have encountered problems with either a buyer or seller, you must include the complete email header in all correspondence sent to Bidbuysell. The complete header will be anything up to 15 lines of Internet jargon and contains pathways, dates, addressees and send and receive information. Through this, Bidbuysell will able to the pathway of emails. If the header does not show in the email, you can easily find it by using the 'properties' or 'options' function in the email program you use. |
