| How do I find a member? | |
| HELP CONTENT Lost track of a member? All you need to do to find them is go to the Find members page. Key in the member's User ID into the search box and all members with similar User ID's will be listed, beginning with the closest match. Alternatively, if you only have the member's email address, you can enter this in and their User ID will be listed in the results. Bear in mind that for security purposes, results will be limited if you have not conducted business with the member previously. |
