Failure to comply may result in suspension from Bidbuysell. If you are legally able to list a food item, you must take steps to ensure that perishable items are delivered promptly and the method of delivery must be described in your listing. All food items must be contained in sealed containers with expiration dates marked clearly. Any food items that suggest medical benefits or pharmaceutical qualities may not be listed, nor may non-pasteurised dairy items or fruit or vegetable juices that have not been pasteurised. |
