Bidbuysell prohibits the sale of firearms, whether they are original, replicas, antique, or collectible items. It does not matter if they are capable of firing shots or not!

Similarly, other potentially dangerous and related goods such as paintball guns, air guns, silencers, ammunition are also prohibited as is other weaponry.

Any items issued by the Australian Military remains the property of the said Defence Force. This includes emblems which may not be listed without written permission from the relative Defence Force. The permission must be shown clearly in the listing.

Any item that maybe construed as a war trophy may not be listed. This includes any military item of a nation that is involved in conflict. Any such items listed will be removed.

There are several exceptions related to firearms that may be listed: legal firearm components (But NOT illegal components such as silencers or converters), holsters and scopes.
