Faces, Names and Signatures

The easiest way to avoid trouble is not to use images, names or signatures of other people in your item description unless it was made by that person and they have given you permission to use the image, name or signature.

Things like:

Photographs of celebrities - even if you took the picture yourself

Clothing items depicting picture/s of famous people

A make-up case with Naomi Campbell's name on it

Remember: While you may have the celebrity's permission to use their name or photograph, you may not have their permission to (re) sell it for profit.

Auctions that violate this regulation will be ended early. Repeat offences will result in suspension from Bidbuysell.
