Changing Your User ID

If you decide to change your User ID, the change will be immediate. All auctions you are currently bidding on will display your new User ID, however you may only change your User ID once every 30 days.

Changing your User ID will not affect your feedback or anything else linked to your old User ID.

In addition to your new name, an icon 'Changed User ID Icon' will appear next to your new User ID in auctions you are participating in.

Your old User ID will not be able to be used by anyone else for at least 30 days.

As you build a reputation as a seller or buyer on Bidbuysell, people will come to recognise your User ID, so we suggest that you choose one you'll be happy with for your time on Bidbuysell.

If you forget your User ID, click on the Forgot My User ID when you log in to the site. Checking Feedback - check with BBS system
Before you bid on an item, always check the seller's feedback from other BidBuySell members. In doing this, you will get to know something of the seller's standing amongst bidders.

To view a seller's feedback, just click on the number against their User Id. For example, Balloon (109). By clicking on the 109 next to the User Id, you will be able to examine all 109 feedback comments left by other buyers.
