You may only use the brand name and logo of the item you are selling in your listing. Failure to comply with this could invite legal proceedings.

BidBuySell will be vigilant in ensuring that listings of fake items purporting to be something they are not will be ended.
You may however include one comparison per listing. Examples are as follows:

This cordless power drill is far more efficient than Brand XYZ.

This wallet is similar to the Versace product.

These speakers are compatible with all Sanyo systems.

Misuse of Brand Names
Any listings that contain unrelated brand names or logos will be ended early and sellers could have their accounts suspended or cancelled.
Do not use any brand names in your item description that do not relate to your item.
For example: 'Near new Gucci watch - Boss, Swatch'

However, if you are selling an item that is compatible with the accessories of another brand, you may mention that brand.
